MR60 Mesh Wfi 6 Router with 2 satelites
I bought this product in 2020. It works fine with internet. Recently I have to connect remotely to my Office network using Global protect. It is not able to connect to the office network. However I am able to connect using the AT&T Fiber Wifi router. I have increased the speed to 1 GB on Xfinity and bought a new modem to support it. Even then my router is not connecting. I then switched to AT&T fiber network , I am able to connect using AT&T modem **bleep** router with office network. I am not able to connect to office network when I stop AT&T router and use Mesh router.I am not sure why this router is not working. If I need to ask Netgear help they would plan to charge me for their inefficient product.
I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the NG router gets from the modem. https://kb.netgear.com/25891/DMZ-on-NETGEAR-routers

3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the NG router to the modem, LAN to LAN configure AP mode on the NG router.

Try option #2 first...

I could try Option #3 . It allows me to try to connect to the internet as it was before using NG Router Wifi but unable to connect to work network. I did stop WFI operation on AT&T Modem/Router. The speed test on NG router looks good but cannot connect. I tested with AT&T modem/Router and the speed is low but connected to the office network using AT&T wifi.

That does not disable the router bit of the modem/router.
If you just want the MK63 system to provide wifi, put the MR60 into AP mode.

If you want the Mesh system to do anything fancier, like running Netgear Armor or that sort of thing, see if you can "bridge" the modem/router and get the other stuff to work.
The speed test on NG router looks good but cannot connect. If that test is with the Nighthawk app, it is not a wifi speed test. It is a wired test from the router to the Internet that the app sets off. Your wifi tests will be different.
The most versatile option is probably the DMZ route, but you might want an easier explanation of how to go about that. I prefer "dunce level" advice, my own expertise, to fancy terminology.
What is that modem/router?

What is this Office network? Does the "Office" word means it has something to do with Microsoft?
What is Global protect? Do you mean GlobalProtect?
A few quick thoughts, if your office connection depends on some sort of VPN, you'll have to ask the people who made if for the settings you need to use.
Second, if you are trying to put two routers together you are asking for trouble.
Two routers on your network can cause headaches. For example, you can end up with local problems with addresses on your network. Among other things, the other router can misdirect traffic to addresses that the Netgear router usually handles, such as routerlogin.net or the usual default IP address for a router, 192.168.1.1.
This explains some of the other drawbacks.

Office is remote work. GlobalProtect is a VPN . The VPN settings are universal and other colleagues working in different cities are able to connect and work. I understand two routes cause signal interference and trouble. But this is now working with AT&T Modem/Router Wifi only even when NG Router is working for other devices. But the speed on AT&T Router is very low compared with NG router. I thought keeping AT&T router off and use it as modem only and connect to NG router will enhance the speed and connect to the remote network. But NG router is failing to connect.
