MR60 no longer syncs to satellites

Try following this to factory reset the MS and MR:
Bring the MS to same room as the MR, place around 10-15 feet away from the MR. You'll need to press the reset button on the MS and MR for 15 seconds then release. After the MR and MS reset, let the MS attempt to connect to the MRs default SSID name. Give about 5-10 minutes. MS should connect and turn BLUE, if the do, start the setup process with a web browser:

Performed the reset all devices and the satellites came back up. Blue LED's on all devices.
I reconfigured the network such that the MR60 is an access point once again and on a more secure network.
Rebooted everything. Both satellites came up blue and the MR60 remained orange. Logs indicated it could not connect to the internet. All network services worked fine on the active devices.
I had encountered this before. It is Netgear's NTP being blocked. Set the NTP server manually to a public server.
Rebooted. MR60 and one satellite was blue. One satellite was orange.
Tried syncs and rebooting and nothing changed. One satellite remained offline.
Reset everything as suggested for a second time. All blue LED's on all devices.
Set NTP before making any other network changes. Rebooted. All blue LED's.
Reconfigured the network again; set as an access point to a more secure network.
Rebooted. All blue LED's.
Moved the satellites back to their remote locations. All blue LED's once again.
My take away from this is that Netgear's NTP was being blocked and the MR60 complains that it has no network access. The logs could be more helpful here and report the real issue. The satellite not coming up the first round, but working the second round suggests that there is some sort of race condition when syncing after changes. If the MR60 says the network is not assessable, it might have caused one of the satellites to stay down, but somehow the other came up. OR, it could be that there is a time sync issue between devices when NTP is not working. In any case, making the NTP change first made all the difference.
Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
