Mr60 not connecting to the internet

I had to sign up for new internet service when my son moved out. Since I got new service the Mesh MR60 won’t connect to the internet. I have service but no home WiFi. I’ve unplugged everything, had spectrum resend the signal, and nothing has worked. I can’t do my zoom classes because it keeps kicking me off. I have a net gear modem too.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 1 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

A new Internet service means that your old router needs to be set up to work with it. It has to forget the settings for the old service. The easiest way to do that is probably to reset the MR60 and set it up afresh:

How do I perform a factory reset on my NETGEAR router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support

Then take the MR60 through is setup process.

    Visit the support pages:

    Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

Begin with the Quick Start/Installation Guide.

Or check the section in the manual Use the Internet Setup Wizard.

Remember, you have to do these things in the right order:

Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:

    • Turn off and unplug modem.
    • Turn off router and computers.
    • Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    • Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
    • Turn on computers and rest of network.
