What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. Swap LAN cable for another.
Be sure to power OFF the ISP modem/ONT for 30 seconds then back ON, then power OFF then ON the MR unit.
Firmware is V1.1.7.134. The modem is an antenna with POE supplied by the Internet provider. I don’t really know the details of it since it is mounted high on the house.
The cable is high quality and has been swapped already. As mentioned, I can hook this cable direct to a laptop without issue.
i have also done numerous power cycling variations as well.
