MR60 Tried to manually update the firmware since the auto update failed

NETGEAR - Nighthawk MK63 AX1800 WiFi 6 Mesh System

I tried to update to the new firmware as I got an email telling me to.  The auto update did not work so I downloaded it and did the manual update, the router took a long while to update then it said it was rebooting and then never came backup.  I get nothing but a amber light on the router.  Thew satalites are still blue and I can connect to the one I have backfeed to it, but the network has no internet and the main router is not blue or working anymore.

This was not supposed to happen to this new mesh router!  Why email me telling me to update if the auto update is setup.  Why didnt this allow it to be auto updated? Please help this system is only a few months old and the family is not happy with me!

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the MS units one at a time.

Still not working, still have the amber light on the main box (MR60) after the last manual firmware was applied. I tried shutting the other devices off as mentioned but it did not change anything.  I can not reach the MR60 to login or do anything to it.  The satelitte MS60s both still work and the internet is working from these routers and they were upgraded correctly to the latest firmware.  One more thing to note is that the entire mesh network is just for wireless access, my Sonicwall firewall does all the IP assignments and routing and so all those features of the MR60 is was turned off.

Any idea what I can try to get the MR60 back up and working again my wifi is not working on that side of the house, its so odd that the satelittes are working fine.  I thought the MS60s need the MR50 to run properly, but it seems that they work even when the MR50 is not running.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Disconnect the MR from the ISP modem and press the reset button for 10 seconds then release. Power OFF the MS.

Wire connect 1 PC to the back of the MR. Open MS Edge browser and try to access the MRs web page at 192.168.1.1...
