MR70 and satellite not syncing

The MR70 router under v1.0.4.48 is not syncing to satellite and was wondering if anyone else had this problem. Tried to sync via app but the satellite doesn’t appear and factory reset didn’t help.

    Has FW been updated on the system and if so, did the MS get updated first then the MR lastly? 

     

    If you ethernet connect the MS to the back of the MR, does it appear on the MRs web page?
