MR70 Router Wont Stay Connected

Hello as the title states i am having issues keeping my mr70 connected to the modem. I had Spectrum come out numerous times until they finally said everything looked good on their end. Then i turned to the mesh system. I have updated the firmware to the latest version on the satellites and router, ive reset them and factory reset and started anew to no avail. I have also changed the ip address from dynamic to static and still happens. At a loss on what to do and how to keep the router to stay connected 100% of the time without disconnecting randomly every few minutes like it did before and without it randomly dropping connection with modem.

    Does the front LED on the MR turn AMBER when this happens? If so, this means the MR is failing to get a good signal from the ISP Modem/ONT or the modem or ONT is not getting signal to the MR correclty. Possible bad cable in between. CAT6 UTP cabling is recommended. 

     

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

      Its cat 6 cable I only run cat 6 cables for everything. Believe yesterday when looking in ap it was firmware 1.03.4 or something like that. Netgear app kept saying it was currently up to date. As far as the numbers go for spectrums modem id have to answer back later as im at work. Roommate told me it was down again so i know its something with mesh system i just cant fogure out.
