MR80 MESH interfere with devices joining the network or when on my VOIP Mitel Connect app
I have a MR80 Nighthawk Mesh Router with 3 Statiles. I work from home and use the Mitel Connect app on my PC or cell for my office phone. When it works and I have an incoming call beep in, if my device (laptop via app or cell via app) is connected to the MR80 network, I usually lose the call. If I'm on the phone and a device joins the network, my call usually goes wacky, and my customers tell me "You go away" or "you sound like you're a long way off" and ultimately lose the call.
My ISP tells me we have enough bandwidth to support my work from home situation and my family all at the same time. I feel this issue has to do with the Armor or a configuration. Everything can't be an intrusion. I have spoken with Mitel and configured ports, but something is not right.
If a device connects to the network, such as a TV the entire thing slows to a crawl. I have to reboot regularly. Like when my kids and wife are out things are fine, but when they return home after having been away for a few hours, I end up having to reboot the entire network.

1. what modem/gateway do you have?
2. what speeds do you pay for upload/download (both)?\
3. what actual mitel device is it?
4. is it connected with ethernet or over wireless?

Thanks for your assistance, I really appreciate it. I know enough to be dangerous and will answer as best i can if you need more i will find it...
1. what modem/gateway do you have?
As provided by my ISP, I don't really have any spec. Is there somewhere I can find that detail?
2. what speeds do you pay for upload/download (both)?
50/50 comes in at down 51.93/up50.51 nothing crazy but adequate for Gotomypc and Mitel Connect
3. what actual mitel device is it?
There is no physical device it's an application "Mitel Connect" I use a Jabra blue tooth headset with the application. sometimes i use it on my apple I-Phone 12 or on my Windows PC. My issue is in my rural location cell service is not so great, so the cell phone is also on the wifi to improve the signal via wifi.so i really can't get away from using the router for both devices. I have considered a cell signal booster but that uses the router as well.
4. is it connected with ethernet or over wireless?
The connection for my PC, which I run this all on is a direct connect only 10' away.

Also, the house is serviced with a Fiber Optic connection.
