MS60 - Constant white flashing light
Hi,
The above satellite will not switch off blinking white, even if I try a factory reset that appears to do nothing.
Have left on all night but no Blue or Amber light..
Any idea?

it used to work but haven't switched on for a few months I have a working MR60, with another working MS60 (and EAX20 Extender) - they all work fine and all on latest firmware, as was the MS60 not now working. I have bought the MS60 in error into same room as the MR60 route. Oh and I tried also plugging into the same Network Switch as the MR60, as well as on pure wi-fi. All I get is the blinking white light. I have searched but have yet to find this error listed elsewhere

Not much to go on there.
Is this a system with just the one satellite?
Is the MR60 working as expected?
Is this a wifi or wired connection from the MS60 to the MR60?
What firmware versions are on the router and satellite?
Did this just start happening? Did it work before?
How far is the satellite from the router?
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.

So with MS is same room as MR, factory reset the MS then factory reset the MR.
Wait about 5 minutes before you begin setting up the MR. After the MS and MR is reset, the MS should auto connect to the MRs default SSID broadcast and turn BLUE in front after about 5 minutes. Can you get to this point if the MS does this?
If it does, then you can begin the setup routine with a wired PC and web browser connected to 192.168.1.1.
