MS60 is connecting to another MS60 but not to MR60
Hi,
I have one MR60 and two MS60 (Satellites) at my home. Both satellites (MS60) were connected to MR60 till last week.
Last week, My MS60 (Satellite 2) was disconnected for week. I reset and now its only connecting to another MS60 (Satellite 1) and not to parent MR60. Even while MS60 (Satellite 2) is close range to MR60 its still being connected to Satellites.
Please help.
Thanks

Try powering off the satellite its connected to and see if it'll connect to the router.
there might be something blocking the signal and the satellite has a better connection.

Tried shutting off Sat 1. As soon as Sat 1 is up and running. Sat 2 disconnected from MR60 and connects back to Sat1. surprisingly, MR60 is next to Sat 2 and still connects to Sat 1 which is on second floor.

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between MR and MS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.https://kb.netgear.com/000061709/Where-should-I-place-the-Mesh-WiFi-satellite-of-my-Nighthawk-Mesh-WiFi-6-and-Tri-band-Mesh-WiFi-6-products ️
