FURRYe38 thanks for continuing to troubleshoot with me. The MS does not show up in the MR iPhone app or web app and does not have an assigned IP address, even when plugged into the MR. As a troubleshooting step, I tried plugging the MR into my ethernet switch, which would theoretically cause it to show up as a device in my overall network map (I use a Firewalla to see all devices attached to the network). Despite flashing lights on the ethernet switch indicating data traffic between the MS and the network, the MS is not getting an assigned IP address and it is not showing up in the overall network map.
Any additional troubleshooting steps are appreciated.

Only other idea would be to downgrade to the last FW version that was loaded and working on the MR to see if the MS connects then.

FURRYe38 seems like a reasonable step. What's the best way to find out which FW version is installed on the MS without being about to see it on the network? Is there an activity log that shows the last time it was connected and what firmware version was installed at that moment?

Unfortunately there isn't a way to check that.
And if you don't happen to know off hand that prior version was loaded, you'd have to load each one and try on the MR.
I would only think that maybe the last two or three versions v.124, v.122 and .v116 would get results.
