MS80 satellite is not syncing

I bought the Nighthawk Mesh Wifi system 4 months ago. Last month, one of the satellite was not able to connect to the router. I tried factory reset and connect it to the router using cable. But it doesn't work, the LED light is always white. I can't access the satellite anymore through browser or app. Any advice on what I can do now?

    Is the MS seen by the MR when ethernet connected? 

    Had the FW on the MS and MR been updated to same version of FW?

    What FW version is loaded? 

     

    Try a factory reset on both MR and MS, and with the MS in same room as the MR, after you reset the system, wait about 2-3 minutes to see if the MS and the MR auto sync to each other in the reset configuration. They should. If they so, then continue to set up the MR using a wired PC and web browser:

      The MS is not seen by MR even if I wire them in the same room, so I don't know the firmware version of the MS now. The MR fireware version is 1.1.7.12. Will try to reset them together.
