My Dell laptop cannot see netgear wifi
Aloha,
we put the mesh system few days ago, all the devices are connecting normally except my Dell Inspiron laptop (not new), finds ALL the other signals from all around except the netgear...i called netgear...had me on the phone waiting and sending me from one end to the other for 1.30hours...at the end the line was cut and they didnt call back and i had enough of it...
is there anybody here that can help me out please?
currently im connecting my laptop throught mobile hotspot...
i tried everything i found online regarding the issue, but nothing worked.

What mesh system did you install?
Was it a AX system?
If so, lookup what actual wireless card is in it (the dell). Get the driver for it directly from that manufacturer's site. If its an intel card, go to the intel site and update it. Many wireless card drivers that people get from dell/windows are outdated and there was issues with cards recognizing wireless AX.

sorry i had to go and find the box...so yes, it is an AX1800...
can you please tell me how do i find what kind of wireless card i have???
