Netgear Support for Nighthawk AX3000
Hey all. Just wanted to share my recent experience with Netgear support.
Bought my parents a Nighthawk AX3000 with 2 satellites.
Their home set up with Spectrum cable internet should have been a snap to install.
3 hours later, 1 dead phone recharging, 2 missed phone calls from support, we got everything working.
Here's the support case:
Product: Nighthawk Mesh WiFi 6 Router With 1 Year Armor(MR70)
Problem: MR70 setup
Agent: 18480
This agent was helpful, courteous, professional and excellent in everyway. I have 35 years of customer support experience, and this agent went above and beyond in every way.
I'd like to let Netgear corporate know, but I haven't found a way to do so. Any idea how I can give this agent Corporate Kudos?
