Nighthawk mesh router

We have had no issues with our system until now.  We are getting a screen that says "Hotspot Gateway powered by Microtik".  We are to login on that page, but we cannot.  We have no idea what this is, where it came from or why it suddenly appeared.  This is a simple setup in our home, not a public network.  

Also, if you have an answer, please talk to me like I'm 10.  I am tech challenged and don't understand all the technical terms.  I just want to know either how to get past this or, even better, how to make it go away.  It literally showed up in the last 2 days!

    The only thing we can tell is that the message is not coming from the Netgear Mesh system, at least not direct. Possibly there is a Microtik router serving the Internet access for the network?
