NIGHTHAWK Mesh Wifi 6 Router MR60 red light
I'm required to have Ethernet connection for work. I use TP AV1000 Powerline Ethernet Adapter PA7017 KIT plugged into work laptop Ethernet cable and the other adapter plugged into Netgear FS105 ProSA...

I do believe it just a modem, I was under the assumption the NIGHTHAWK Mesh WiFi 6 Router was our router no?
the power line Ethernet adapter kit, Spectrum Modem and the internet on the Mr60 are all currently hooked up to the Netgear port Switch
like I said my work computer is currently working just fine via Ethernet, but right now the WiFi is not working which I’m puzzled as to why not

That's the problem.
As plemans says, plug (hardwire) the Internet socket from the MR60 into the modem. Then plug the switch into an Ethernet port on the MR60.
Instead, you could plug the Powerline plug into the MR60 and then connect the switch to that to add more ports. But whatever you plug into the switch is going to be slower than the rest of the network.
That switch is ancient. If any other device on the network can handle 1000 Mbps, the switch will throttle it. Any laptop built on the past decade or so will be faster than that switch.
Time to buy something newer?
