Bridge Mode in XR700
Hello.
I have two routers XR700 and I want to connect them with each other via 802.11ad.
So I tried to set the bridge mode on the one of them according it:
https://kb.netgear.com/24105/What-is-bridge-mode-and-how-do-I-set-it-up-on-my-Nighthawk-router
As i read this article applies also to the XR700, but I don't have such options in my routers (Wireless Bridge option doesn't exist).
Could someone help me with this? How to set it on XR700?

What firmware version are you using?

Even if you could get this working, why would you want to connect them via the wireless AD? Its effective range is 30 ft and struggles with any obstacles in the way. Its basically good for same room usage for high bandwidth applications.

Wireless bridge mode isn't supported on XR routers. Only router and AP mode.

But XR700 is mentioned in the corner of the article as relevant.

I would get in contact with Christian_R to confirm this. From what I've seen on my XR450 and when I had the XR700, wireless bridge mode is not in the UI. Never has been. Possible the inclusion of the XR series in the article maybe incorrect.
Something to see what NG says.
