Can't watch videos after XR500 firmware upgrade
Every time I try to update my firmware past version 2.3.2.56 I can no longer play videos on my network storage (connected directly to my router via USB) on my Xbox One. This has happened since 2.3.2.66 (which auto updated on me and led to me turning off auto update) and happened again when I tried updating to 2.3.2.104 (or whatever the latest update which I'm pretty sure is .104, sorry). I have searched several times, and all I get are searches that point me to other problems watching things like netflix, hulu, youtube, etc. But that's Not the issue I'm having. So if anyone has any insight, I'd appreciate it. I would like ot update my routers firmware to stay up to date, but not if it means I can't watch my media files. I've got alot of stuff on their for the kiddo, that I want to continue being able to put on for them. Thanks the help, and assistance.

Thanks for posting, sorry to hear you've been having this problem!
Could you please let us know the make and model of the NAS?
Is the XBOX connected to the XR500 via wired or wireless?
If you disable QoS from the three-line menu in Anti-bufferbloat, do you still have the same issue?
Sorry for taking so long to respond, Family time getting ahead of things. My xbox is using a wired connection to connect to the router. I've just got a WD mypassport drive that I use for my NAS (via USB directly to the router). I reupgraded to the latest firmware, and tried disabling the QoS anti buffer bloat as suggested. Same issue as every other time past firmware v.56. Message on the Xbox, Can't play. Please try again. If the problem continues, visit www.xbox.com/support to check for guidance. 0xc00d11cd (0x80004003). But as soon as I downgrade the firmware back to v.56, goes right back to working perfectly. Thank you for your response.
