Cisco Any Connect Not working with XR500

Once I switched to the nighthawk xr500, my wifes computer with cisco any connect wont connect at all. I reset factory settings, turned off QoS and everything else. 

 

whats the work around here

    I assume the wife's PC is connecting wirelessly? 

    If so you might try turning AX mode off on the wireless as not all wireless clients play nice with AX mode. If you do not know how go to this link. put in the router model and you will be taken to a page where you can download the manual.

    Make sure UPnP is turned on, also disable SIP ALG, that can interfere with applications like anyconnect.
