Disconnected from Router after New Firmware and then RAP Not Loading after Reset?
XR1000v2 with the new Hot Fix software update...
Ever since the new Firmware (xr1000v2 1.1.0.22_2.1.34) installation the other night my DumaOS keeps popping up a message "You have been disconnected from your router... blah blah blah", and I mean a LOT, if your on some pages in the OS it happens every 40 seconds or so. Even though it's not actually disconnecting anything on the network. Ie. if your in a game there is no stuttering, lag, packet loss, etc. so it's not between the modem and router, it's only the Duma interface on the computer. I called tech support and got some guy who could barely speak English who kept telling me to call my ISP and have them fix their Modem which was disconnecting my router only that is NOT what is happening, if that was happening games would get interupted, VOIP calls would drop, streaming videos would stutter, etc. and as I said none of that is happening and it was the Router which has a Firmware update, not the modem, that's when it all started.
So another call this morning and I got someone who said to make a backup of the settings and reset the router (who's have guessed ~ their default answer for EVERYTHING). Anyway I finally tried it and first off it's still happening but not as often, and secondly, now one of the RAPs ~ TRAFFIC PRIORITIZATION under QoS will not load at all, it's just a blank box with a swirling circle going around and around and everytime you leave and come back to the page after 30 seconds of swirling it will pop up a box saying ERROR: DEVICE NOT FOUND. with your only option being to select "OK", which then takes you back to the blank box with the swirling circle going endlessly around. So I called back and (wait for it) they said.... You guessed it! Do a full RESET again! Well I have done it 3 times now and everytime the same problem. When I first reset it will load SOMETIMES, other times will have the same issue, but everytime after I reload from my backup file it does it. Even tried a backup file from 2 days ago and it still happens.
Does anyone have any working ideas of how to fix this?

HOw are you connected to the router? Wireless or wired?
Both connections show this?
What browser are you using?
Happens with a different browser?
- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerHow did you do the factory reset exactly? The device not found message indicates a factory reset needs to be done but in your case it doesn't seem to be clearing.
Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it pages load better then. - FURRYe38Guru - Experienced User
