download speed

I just connected my new router with no problems however upon doing a speed test show I am getting between 60-80 mbps.  When I bypass the wireless router and hook my computer directly to my spectrum modem and run the test I get 200 mbps.  My question " Why is there such a drop off and is 60-80 as good as I get with this router?

    What FW is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

      I am connected to an Arris 1602 modem and my service is through spectrum. I have updated the firmware on the router.

        Have you factory reset the XR router and set up from scratch and walked thru the setup wizard on the XR router. I would also power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute then back on then reset the XR router and go thru the setup wizard....Use a wired PC as well.
