DUMA OS issue on dashboard on xr500
how do i resolve this error?

The dashboard has a single pane that has nothing in it except that error and a continuously turning progress circle? I cannot get rid of this pane on the dashboard. I would like to replace it with a PING Time pane?
If you go through the various DumaOS sections, every window has a little Pin icon in the top right. When the pin is filled in white, it's pinned to the dashboard. Could you go through every page of DumaOS (everything except Settings) and check for windows that are pinned? If any are pinned, unpin them. Hopefully whatever pin has glitched will be cleared.
You could also press F12 in Chrome to inspect the Dashboard and see if the broken window has a title in the "elements" section.
If worse comes to worst you might need to do a factory reset to clear the Dashboard.
