DumaOS XR700 Does not launch Device Manager section or R-Apps even after reset factory Please Help

Try FF or Opera browsers to see if this happens...
Hi - how are you factory resetting? Make sure you're doing a full reset, not just a router reboot: https://kb.netgear.com/000053098/How-do-I-perform-a-factory-reset-on-my-Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-router
Also make sure you clear your cache as that could be causing the problem (press Ctrl + F5 when on the Device Manager)
- Yes it looks better on Firefox but now it goes on MS Edge

in order to go "reset-to-factory" successfully, press reset button for around 10+ sec and then release.
