Exspress vpn not working on xr500 router
Hello, so I just got the exspress vpn. I looked up how to connect to it on the nighthawk xr500 router and it said to go to hybrid vpn and then vpn then advanced put the username and pass in and then the config. After I did all of that it said it was connected I made sure their was no extra line down at the bottom and everything seemed good but I when I checked my up it didn’t change on any of my devices. So I looked through the router setting enabled vpn services to and that didn’t help either I tryed looking it up some more but couldn’t find anything. I have also looked at the Manuel to. Any help would be great thanks.
- I figure out my problem. I accidentally deleted a letter on the config file. So I redownloaded the config file compared them and found that a letter was missing so that was my fault. So now it work. sorry about that.

Have you added the devices that you want to route through the VPN in the 'VPN Traffic' panel on the right?
If not, add the devices you want to VPN and then check again.
