Geo filter

I can't use geo filter because it says it's not able to connect to the cloud. It has a tutorial image over the map with no way to close it out. Everything else seems to be working.

    Which XR router do you have?

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

      It seems to be working now. Not sure why, all I did was shut the laptop down for a couple of hours and then logged back on to it. Thank you for replying to me though.
