I can ping other games but not Warzone 2.0. Why?

What model NG router are you referring too? Please post a screen capture of what your seeing. What browser are you using?

We need to update Ping Heatmap, it happens quite regularly that they change the servers used so it needs to be updated. It won't affect your ability to use the Geo-Filter or connect to servers though.
