High packet loss and unstable connection

Today I got my gaming router and set it up I have fast internet and 0 packet loss and 30 ping in fortnite and when I changed to the gaming router my packet loss went from 2 up to 20 % and 100 ping spikes and unstable connection I am the only one who uses internet in the house and I connected everything with a lan cable .
