High upload ping test
why is my ping under load upload ping so high? would this cause me to lag constantly when trying to play online games like call of duty warzone? how can i fix this issue?

A couple of things I'd suggest you do though, first thing is to checkout our optimal settings guide for QoS, linked below.

QoS is the tool you need to reduce your ping under load, it takes control of the network and ensure important traffic does not get held up behind background traffic on your network.
Also, could you just confirm if all devices on your network are connected directly to the XR?
