How to increase upload speed?
Ok so i was interested in buying a new Nighthawk Gaming Router and i wanted a gaming router that really increases or improve my upload speed so that i won’t be delayed when i stream off of OBS. Please recommend the best ones to purchase !

- Hi Sean, no router in the world can increase your upload speed. That is down to your Internet Service Provider. If you want higher speeds you would need to purchase a new internet package from them or a different service provider assuming higher speeds are available in your area.
- Ok . And when a certain router says it has 1GHZ and 1600 mbps how is that benefiting to my internet speed ? like what is it doing to contribute
- 1GHz I assume you're talking about CPU in which case it can handle lots of tasks at once. 1600mbps refers to how much the 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi combined can handle. It is not at all indicative of what you might get with the router as you'd need extremely high speeds to max that out.
