I am not able to connect to any of the HMA servers through the hybrid VPN
Hello,
Recently I am not able to connect to any of the HMA servers through the hybrid VPN service inside the router. I have factory reset and it is the same and I am not sure if something has changed recently. I am also on the latest firmware. Please help!

- The basic setup files are out of date so for the moment you'll need to contact HMA to obtain the config files and use them with the Advanced Setup on HybridVPN to connect.
- So do I do just a support email with them and ask for the files? I looked on the website but I did not see anything.
- Yes exactly, they used to have them available for download but they have removed the links for some reason so you'll need to contact them directly
