    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    What browser are you using? 

     

    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?

      As above would recommend holding the reset button down for 30 seconds, releasing, waiting 1-2 minutes then attempt to access the interface and go through the wizard again.

        ii have tried all of those things the error still comes up from time to time and i get a white :frowning: and im on chrome I've used edge to and same thing happens and no i don't have an ad blocker or anything like that so im not sure what's going on i have had this router for like 2 years now never had this happened and resting it to default is not an option for me i have way to many servers port forwarded.
