Internet Down Nighthawk XR500
Hello all, I write to you with troubles. Our Nighthawk XR500 suddenly just doesn't work anymore. The internet light just flashes orange. We reset the modem and the router several times. I even did a factory reset on the router and it seemed to work again... for a few hours that is. Same issue. I don't really even trust it anymore. Any chances you had a similar problem?

- When you don't get internet do you still have access to the interface? If so could you get the logs from the System Information page when it happens please?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
