Invalid Serial Number for plex and amazon cloud

Hi, just wondering how to get my compliment Plex pass with the purchase of my new nighthawk xr700. When clicking on the "click here" I get invalid serial number.

    Hi Pablo, if the router is completely new (if bought second hand it may have been used), then I would recommend contacting Netgear support directly as they'd need to generate a new number for you to use.

    You may contact NTGR support team with your S/N# so that your unit will be granted to assign the promotion code accordingly. 

     

    by the way, I think the promotion code won't be able to be used for plex pass.
