Netgear AC1750 Ethernet connection slow

My internet speed is 200mbs when I connect an ethernet cable directly to my modem.  but when I connect an ethernet cable through the router it drops to 70mbs.  I know the router divides speeds between all connected devices, but is there a way to isolate the ethernet connection I want to boost the speed to get that connection faster or throttle back the wifi connections from stealing the speed from my ethernet connection?

    1. What modem are you using?

    2. What firmware is on the router?

    3. Have you tried swapping cables?

    4. How are you testing the speed? make sure its wired speeds. Not over wireless.
