Netgear Nighthawk Pro Gaming Router XR100 Durma OS 3.0
I just recently upgraded my router to a Netgear Nighthawk Pro Gaming Router XR100 Durmas OS 3.0 and I am having trouble with download connectivity being slow, and Alexa is hooked to the TV and acts like she has multiple personalities now.
The guy that came over to set it up for me, is now ghosting me, so...I am not sure how to login to check on my Nighthawk router and want to make sure it is setup correctly. I think I need a site visit and a new Technician.
Does anyone live in the East Dallas area??

If you don't know how to get in to the routers web page or have the log in information to get in, you'll need to factory reset the router and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser:

Whne you can give feedback on the following please:
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?- Good advice above, what speeds do you pay for and what are you receiving currently? The router is fairly simple to navigate and workout we made it that way on purpose. Once you've accessed go through the tour, you should be able to start it by clicking the ? at the top of the page, this should help you setup and may fix the issue.
