Netgear Xr500 cant get full speed

Hey guys
I finally got a used XR500
After a factory reset i manage to make it work...
But i face a huge problem... I cant get full speeds on XR500 but i did on through my modem.. (my provider modem its an ARRIS TG2492 and its bridge mode as i used it for Netduma R1 router)
From the modem I 138mbps
And from XR500 78mbps
Both connected with cable
That is a huge difference..

Also the other settings are
Antibufferbloat its at 100%
Also it set on "when high priority traffic detected"

Secondly i set my speeds manually at 120 down and 7 up as the package i paid...

Firmware said that is updated to the latest version..

So also a fast rewind

1. I test speed through modem and i got 138mbps download

2. At the setup wizard when netgear test the speeds, it gaves me 138mbps download

3. After finish the wizard i test again and i got 76 (i tested multiple times)

I didn't change anything exept

Geofilter set to Cyprus and filtering mode
I set manually Antibufferbloat at 120 down and "when high priority traffic detected"

Set playstation as high priority through geofilter

Thats all
Can you please help??

Under QoS, does the speed for DOWN show 138Mbps?

What happens if you disable QoS?

After going through the setup wizard did you do a speed test and see if you got full speeds or was it only after a few settings you noticed the issue? Have you tried with WiFi as well?

At the wizard it runs a speed test by it self and it show 138 down, like the speed i got from modem...
I run a speed test after wizard and set up finish and i got 76 down..
But i didn't connect anything i just finished the set up...

At QOS i set it to 120 down and 7 up as the package i paid...
