Netgear XR500 setup for HFC NBN
Hi all,
Have XR500 gaming router. Trying to connect HFC NBN.
Supplier told me to I need to configure router to PPPoE, VLAN ID 2 and input username and password to connect to internet.
I have setup as a manual setup with username, password and PPPoE.
There is no place to set VLAN ID 2.
Can someone let me know where to set this and confirm if this model if compatible with HFC?

- Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > VLAN/Bridge Settings, then choose VLAN Tag group, edit the existing rule and change the ID to 2 and then apply. There should be no reason that it doesn't work with your ISP.
