Nighthawk iOS app wont’ work with Orbi AP

- Had a look at that but don’t think it will resolve this issue. I think it’s because there’s 2 Netgear products on my network and the app is confused.
- Have you disabled the XR500 wifi? If you connect to the XR500 directly using the app does it work then?
Yeah i disabled the wifi - i tried reabling the WiFi and connecting directly to the router and yeah the app will work but the Orbi app than fails haha.
Surely there must be a way to get the app working as I can connect to the router using the IP while connected through the Orbi System
