Nighthawk Pro XR500 Gaming Router - has started constantly changing lease which is causing issues
Hi folks,
My XR500 has been pretty stable for years (purchased in 2020) but in recent days has started doing mad things and from the logs it looks like it's renewing/releasing the lease a lot more frequently than it should. Impact I'm seeing is loss of WIFI and dropped connections across multiple devices.
Sample logs:

I'm not aware of any updates or firmware upgrades and I haven't been messing with any settings on the router for a long time so not sure why this has started. I've tried rebooting but doesn't seem to make any difference. Can anyone suggest a solution? Thank you.

Could you please go to Settings -> Setup -> LAN Setup and set the minimum DHCP value to .100.
Then, go through the table below it and reserve an IP address for each device on the network. Give each device an IP from .2 to .99.
After that, see if you still have issues with disconnections.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. What devices do you have all connected?
Are these wired or wireless?
