I have a problem trying to connect to my Nighthawk XR500. I have AT&amp;T as an internet provider. Please help!!!

So you've got an AT&amp;T provided modem I assume? You have connected that with an ethernet cable to the WAN port on the XR500, and then gone through the setup procedure, but can't get an internet connection?

Do you need a PPPoE login for your network? Did your previous router have any settings that you needed to change to get it to work?

Yes I have a problem trying to connect my devices to the router such as my ps4 it keeps giving me an error code

What error code are you getting? Are any devices successfully connected to the router? Is it just the internet you can't access or the interface as well?

Are you trying to connect via ethernet or WiFi? Are you able to connect a device via ethernet to access the interface?
