NIGHTHAWK XR 500 XBOX ONE

Question

Hi&nbsp;Just after getting the Nighthawk XR500 and trying to set it up for all our consoles. PS5 set up fine and is downloaded no problem, Xbox one will connect but not download anything&nbsp;PS4 will not connect at all.Probably something simple I need to do but unsure of how to solve it any advice appreciated.Also trying to set up the amazon echo and cannot either it keeps stating password incorrect if anyone has come accross this issue and were able to resolve it?Thanks&nbsp;

Thanks for posting!
How are the consoles connected? Via wired or wireless?
Are the problematic consoles showing up in Device Manager on DumaOS?
Are any other network devices struggling to get connected besides the Echo?
Have you double check the password listed in the DumaOS Network Settings is the same as the one you're entering in the Echo setup?

PS5 is wired others wireless, yes all showing up on the device manager, all phones and other devices are connecting no problem echo just wont connect and the xbox one will not download games etc we were able to stream netflix but not download games .

That's interesting, have you made any changes to the Wireless settings on the XR500? Do you have Smart Connect enabled or are the 2.4 and 5GHz networks seperated?

Disable Smart Connect and try connecting them manually to 2.4GHz and see if it works please. Do the consoles complete a network settings test successfully?
