Do any of the nighthawk series allow for one port to be accessed from an external IP to one internal device?
Not what I was hoping for but that'll do.

Forward one port on the public IPv4 address to one IP4 address on the LAN port - yes.
Limit the access to just a single IPv4 address from "out there" - no.No idea if this is what you wanted to hear.

Do you expect something like these (misleadingly named) DMZ LAN ports where all Internet incoming connections are going to? Some (not all,y expensive X10/R9000 doesn't - that's why I forget about it sometimes) Nighthawk models support it:
