I’ve bought a nighthawk xr500 that simply won’t work . I can’t find any help line phone number for netgear products. On setup I get a json error ... if I manage to avoid this I get an unsecured error router and modem are bran new. Ive done factory reset still the same errors ,it won’t work wireless or cables. £300 down the drain please help

What is the actual error message you are seeing?
