No Difference With or Without Nighthawk XR500 in Modern Warfare

I have bought a Nighthawk Pro XR500, specially for FPS games. Untill now i really can't see any difference with or without this router.

At this moment i'm playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare and almost evey match i have a feeling that the enemy is already shooting at me, at the moment they appear on my screen. So often i'm dead, before i can even pull the trigger. This while i know, where the enemy is coming from at that moment. I don;t even get a chance to pull the trigger.

I've tried to put the Geo-filter from 200 to 3000 km, the same story. Also i've played with bandwidth, same.

My PS4 PING to Speedtest is 9ms and i always get connected to United Kingdom's servers on Modern Warfare.  I live near Amsterdam in The Netherlands and MW should have a server here. So i don't understand why i'm being connected to UK servers. Even if i set my Geo to Germany, i get connected to UK servers.

Can anyone tell me the best router settings for Modern Warfare and why i'm being connected to UK servers?

  • The UK server you're probably talking about (with the white circle) is an authentication server required for online play, it's not your game server. Could you attach a screenshot of the Geo-Filter with what you see when you're in a game please? What is the average ping you're getting on the Geo-Filter shown by Auto-Ping? Also have you followed our optimal settings guides? I would do that first if you haven't already: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646

I have three different pings from one same Modern Warfare match. They all look about the same. I only don't understand it very well.

Hier is another auto ping to Call of Duty Modern Warfare from my Netgear Gaming Pro router.

Can it be that i receive the information to slow? Or is it something else?

No that information is fine and looks like you have a good ping. Only one of those lines are ping, the rest are other statistics. You should be able to see a ping number instead above the graph that will be easier to read. Could you provide a screenshot of the map itself when you're in the game? If you go through the optimal settings guides it will help you understand the router more and how to use it more effectively.
