Pro Gaming XR1000 - Can't connect to NBN home - says no internet connection
Hi. We are not getting internet to the router when we connect to the NBN home box. Our ISP said it should be compatible, We have tried Netgear support who after 2 hours trying to help told us the unit was faulty. We returned it for a replacement and have the same issue. It says no internet connection on the app. No issues with our internet to the house. Any suggestions please?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.Be sure there are no specific ISP configurations needed. Something to ask the ISP about.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
