problem XR300 after restore backup

Question

Hi. I had problems with the R-app display on the XR300 so I backed up my settings and did a factory reset.
When I put the backup back in, the system no longer recognized my admin/password.
why?
I can no longer enter the configuration. The security responses don't work either. However, my entire network works (wifi name, open ports, etc.). Thanks. Sorry for my bad englih I used googltraduc&nbsp;

What do you mean the R-App display exactly? You will need to factory reset in this case. If you've backed up from an older firmware and restored on a newer version it can cause issues.

the r-app was no longer displayed. I did a factory reset with the same firmware (latest). but when entering my administrator password... the router does not accept it. it worked before. Just before my backup. Today my network works but I can no longer configure it.

Once factory reset did you change the credentials again in the Setup Wizard? If not the default credentials will apply admin / password and then you should be able to login and change

after factory reset I left admin/password as default to enter the configuration. I then did a restore with my .CFG fileFrom this moment neither admin/password nor my password work whereas before the factory restoration my administration password worked. I imagine it is on the .cfg file
