Question about Nighthawk xr500

I bought my router a week ago and found out that once every 24 hours, it will lose connection for like 30 seconds and then come back up. I'm just wondering if there is a way to fix this? Is it something to do with renew lease in the settings and if there is a way to where it doesn't disconnect me?

    what modem/gateway are you connected to? 

    do all devices drop at the same time or only 1? 

     

    Might also be beneficial to post in the pro gaming forum for that device. I'll let a mod know.

    Sorry to hear you're having this issue, what firmware version are you on? What is the modem/router the XR is connected to?
