question about the counterpart's location of the xr500 geo filter.
Hi there
I am a Korean who enjoys pes2020 as a PlayStation4.
I'm playing pes2020 with my korean friends, but the geofilter's location is marked as US.
Most are marked in the United States, but sometimes the location is in the West African Ocean.
We are not using any vpn, but I am wondering why there is a marker in the United States.
The server of pes2020 is displayed normally in Japan.
The ping assist was set to 30ms.
I think Ping Assist is irrelevant because I only play games with my friends living in Korea through the PES2020's friendly match mode.
When I play the game, my friends do not have a delay, but I do.
Both me and my friends are using 1gb of good quality internet service and no one has been running vpn.
Can anyone help me?
Why is the location of geofilters displayed in the United States?

- What is the ping to that icon in the US? If it is low then it is just mislocated on the map and something we can resolve with a cloud update. What is you're average ping shown by the Geo-Filter when playing?
As in the attached picture, two markers are displayed in both the United States and Korea.
Ping to that icon in the US is 50~60ms and Korea is 5~10ms.
- Okay so definitely mislocated there, that is something we can easily resolve - it may actually be a server that is needed for online play and so wouldn't affect your connection with the 5-10ms server being the host. If you disable Ping Assist completely can you still get games and if so are they of better quality?
