All the pictures say is R Apps not loading try later on every r app but the main dashboard
I'd suggest you upgrade to the latest firmware:
https://www.netgear.com/support/product/XR500#Firmware%20Version%202.3.2.66
Please also perform a factory reset after the upgrade to ensure you're starting from a clean slate and see if the issue persists!
