reduce Latency on a Three: 5G BB Unlimited hub with nighthawk
i know gaming on a 5g router increase latency/ping, i was wondering if anyone knows if this can be reduced by a gaming router?

- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerA router cannot reduce the ping caused by the method of connection i.e. if the inherent connection is unstable you'll always still be subject to that instability regardless of the router.

Gaming doesn't use that much bandwidth. A decent moca adapter or powerline adapter can help keep latency lower. (hardwired is always better)

Also be sure that the higher ping and latency isn't coming from the ISP side.
Run a a test with a wired PC connected directly to the ISP modem or ONT using Pingplotter app.
